Why Digital Dental x Rays are better than normal dental x rays
Digital dental x-rays are one of the newest techniques around. They are typically the pictures of the teeth, bones, and soft tissues around them. They are mainly taken to determine problems with the mouth, teeth, and jaw. Problems, such as cavities, bone loss, and hidden dental structures (like wisdom teeth) that cannot be seen during visual examination, can be detected by taking an x-ray.
Digital dental x-rays have brought a kind of revolution in the diagnosing of your teeth and have also changed the perception of several dentists. Digital dental x-rays are any time better than normal dental x-rays as they provide precise diagnosis and better dental care than the normal ones.
Compared to other techniques, this process of digitally capturing an image is much safer, comfortable, and faster. These x-rays help the dentists in locating many problems in your teeth that can't be seen by the naked eye. Thus, digital x-rays are an important part of the procedure of dental treatment.
Digital X-rays V/s Normal X-rays
• The exposure to harmful radiation is reduced by 80%, as digital x-rays are more sensitive than the normal x-rays.
• The time taken by digital image is much lesser than the normal x-rays, i.e., just 20 seconds to appear on the monitor.
• Images that come on the computer screen can be enlarged and some explicit findings can be better discussed with the patient.
Dental diseases and gum diseases can be perfectly diagnosed by digital dental x-rays and there's no harmful waste also. Digital dental x-rays have gained immense popularity in India due to its low cost as compared to the US.

Disease Management through Ayurveda
Ayurveda is intensely rooted in the use of herbs for treating an unhealthy body and majority of ayurvedic medicines are prepared from plants and herbs that have medicinal properties. For disease management, ayurveda generally follows the concept of shodhana and shamana. Shamana refers to lessening and it uses methods to alleviate the disease with its symptoms whereas shodhana means removal and its methods aim at abolition of the root cause of disease.
Ayurveda helps to cure several diseases such as osteoarthritis, neuromuscular disorders, skin diseases, ante natal, post natal and gynecological problems. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disorder caused by the damage to articular cartilage of long bones. Though an old age problem, in modern life this disorder is found to be occurring in 3rd and 4th decade of life. Now you can take internal medicines through ayurvedic treatments for managing this condition in a better way.
Ayurveda also has proven treatments for allergy related diseases like allergic bronchitis, sinusitis, asthma etc. Ayurveda has also proven effective for several skin diseases. It clarifies the impurity in blood as prime for skin diseases. These diseases can be cured by using blood purification treatments like purgation.
Through ayurveda, neuromuscular disorder, allergy related, nutrition related problems, disorders related to mental and physical growth retardation etc. can be well managed. How Do You Get Cancer
Cancer is the most devastating disease in the world and affects several individuals around the globe. So let us have an insight about how do you get cancer.
No wonder, everyone gets scared to know about the fact that he/she has cancer. This disease is characterized by malignant growth of cells in the body confined to a particular region or body part. Based on the body part affected, the type of the cancer is decided such as lung cancer, cervical cancer, gallbladder cancer so forth and so on.
A precise answer to how does one gets cancer is difficult to answer generically as it depends on the type of the cancer. However, there are a few general risk factors and threats that may lead to cancerous growth in the body.
One of the most common causes to trigger any type of cancer is the infection caused due to the human pappiloma virus attack. This virus is usually passed through unprotected intercourse where this virus passes from one infected person to another.
Another hazardous threat, however uncontrollable is the genetics. A person, who has his/her close relatives suffering from any of the cancer, is highly vulnerable to cancer.
Immune suppression medicines may lead to immune deficiency and thus the abnormal growth of cancerous cells is difficult to control by the immune system of the body.
Smoking or tobacco use is also vital factors closely linked with a few types of cancers such as lung cancer, and cervical cancer. The tobacco by products are absorbed by the lungs and then passed on throughout the body through the bloodstream.
Environmental factors such as sun exposure, asbestos exposure, and other pollutants may also lead to cause cancer of certain types.
How do you get cancer is a generic question until the type is specified and so the common causes or risk factors are discussed here for your understanding.

There are several schools or disciplines which are devoted to yoga. Bikram yoga is one school of thought and discipline which has its origination and roots in yoga. This yoga was founded by a phenomenal founder named Bikram Choudhury. Bikram yoga is also known as hot yoga. This form of yoga is a structured and specific discipline comprising all elements of yoga.
The benefits of this yoga are plenty. In reality, yoga is a discipline which has an excess of strong points and benefits which could be relied on. Following are the several benefits of Bikram yoga:
• Bikram yoga benefits all those who want to lose weight desperately. This is so because the atmosphere in which the asanas are performed is controlled by maintaining high temperature, reaching nearly almost 106 degree F. This helps one to burn calories with an increased metabolic rate. As your metabolism increases, your calories are burnt even after you have finished performing your asanas which help you in losing weight at a higher rate.
• Bikram yoga benefits for men are centered significantly around the fact that the practice of these asanas besides giving a toned and supple body increases the flow of blood in the pelvic region, making them active sexually and effectively.
• There are many health benefits of this yoga which one could make use of if this practice is continued for a substantial period of time. Practicing hot yoga increases the body temperature, thus strengthening the immune system and enabling it to handle situations connected to health and fitness.
Along with the benefits, there are also some risks involved in practicing this form of yoga. Thus, it’s important to drink lots of water and keep your system hydrated. Not doing so, might lead to fainting and feeling nauseated.

Recovery from knee replacement
Knee replacement also known as knee arthroplasty is a surgical procedure to replace the surfaces of the knee joint to relieve the pain and disability of osteoarthritis. It may be performed for other knee diseases such as psoriatic arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. This surgery could be more complicated and carry higher risk if performed on patients with severe deformity. The causes for pain in the knee include meniscus tears, ligament tears, and cartilage defects.
Knee replacement surgery can be performed either partially or on a whole. It involves post operative pain and includes vigorous physical rehabilitation.
Patients are usually discharged 3 to 5 days after the surgery. It is important that discharged patients perform regular activities such as getting to the bathroom and preparing food. Most patients take their first steps after surgery with the help of a walker. Patients with strong upper body and good balance may choose to use crutches. Switching to a cane depends on two factors i.e. first, restrictions from your surgeon, second your ability to regain strength.

Ayurvedic Treatments and Remedies
Ayurvedic treatments differ from majority of normal medical treatments due to its unique approach towards healing. Rather than trying to cure only a disease, ayurveda wholly concentrates on an individual. Having a balanced state of agni (digestive fire), doshas, dhatus (tissues), normal functioning of mala (waste products), cheerful state of atman (soul), sensory organs and mind are the symptoms of healthy life.
Ayurvedic Treatments emphasizes on examining the doshas/prakriti or the natural states of individual before proceeding. It takes into consideration the mind, body and soul of an individual as the unit for diagnosis. Therefore, it recognizes all the negative emotions like fear, anger, insecurity, jealousy and greed as incorrect thinking on the part of an individual. These can directly create an imbalance in the doshas. Rajas, or excessive activity, sattva, or peaceful equilibrium and tamas, or inertia- the three gunas or tendencies of mind influence the imbalances in the three doshas.
